·                 Qualification: Ph.D. in Polymer Engineering/Science/Technology with 9 years experience

·                 Age Limit: 45 Years

Non-Technical Positions

Deputy Director (Personnel/ Admin./ Finance)

·                 Pay-Scales: PB-4, Rs.37400-67000 + GP of Rs.8900

·                 Pre Revised Scale: Rs.16400-450-20000

·                 Qualification: Graduate with ICWA/SAS (Commercial) / P.G. Diploma in Finance / Personnel Mgmt./ (2 Years) with 20 years experience

·                 Age Limit: 50 Years

Chief Manager (HR / Admn. / Finance)

·                 Pay-Scales: PB-4, Rs.37400-67000 + GP of Rs.8700

·                 Pre Revised Scale: Rs.14300-400-18300

·                 Qualification: Graduate with ICWA/SAS (Commercial) / PG Diploma in Finance / Personnel (2 years), with 15 years experience
