Post-graduate degree in Physics/ Electronic Science or equivalent with NET/ GATE or B. E. / B. Tech in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years research experience in relevant field.(II) B. E. / B. Tech in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering (GATE qualified). (III)M. Tech in Material Science & Technology/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Electrical Engineering.
Desirable : Specialization in Solid State Physics or Electronics and communication system design and at least 1 year experience in semiconductor device processing, modeling, electronics and communication circuit design and testing,
