HCL Technology Walk-In: Call Coordinator / Helpdesk – FEMALE @ Mumbai 
Job Location: Andheri 
Desired Experience: 1 to 3 Years (Mandatory)

Job Description : 
• Good Telephonic support skills., 
• Good Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, Call logging, Call Assignment, Call Tracking, 
• Reporting Making, Vendor Coordination, Call logging, Identification of Call type and transferring the same to relevant SME., 
• Telephonic Support for trivial calls, Call Management. 
• Call Tracking and follow up to ensure that the calls are closed as per SLA or are escalated as per provision for the same., 
• Vendor Co-ordination., MIS for periodic reports as per SLA viz. Daily, Weekly, Monthly as per SLA 
• Basic Knowledge of Computers 
• Basic Desktop Knowledge

Desired Profile: 
• Preferably FEMALE candidates 
• Shift timing would be 8 to 8 pm
