Desired Skills:

1. Individuals who thrive on developing future concepts in design of applications and websites, with good visual skills and excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (CS3/4/5) will be a right fit.
2. Knowledge of the current design trends, the ability to create designs as per W3C and usability standards and awareness of popular website technologies is a must.
3. Good wire- framing skills, icon design and development skills, illustration work, will be an added advantage.
4. He will have to work closely with the development team on all design concept needs and should be able to offer creative inputs to the team during ideation.
5. The candidate should have good spoken English and may also need to interact with clients from time to time.
6. Most importantly, you should be ready to explore new dimensions in design concepts and strategy.
7. You will be required to learn new concepts in design such as mobile app UI / portable apps UI / custom application UI design.
