Experience: 1 Year in Working on Human Resource Management Automation Solutions.

Age Limit: 28 Years as on 2.5.2011

Institute of Microbial Technology, Sector-39/A, Chandigarh desires to engage 10 Data Entry Operators on purely temporary basis on contract for a period of 12 months under project entitled “Building Electronic knowledge Based Effective Work places” at IMTECH. However, the number may vary depending upon the requirement of the Institute.

Qualification: Experience, Remuneration and Age Limit for engagement of Contractual staff as under : -

Data Entry Operator - 10 Nos.	Graduate in Computer Science or Graduate  with 2 years Diploma in Computer Science with knowledge of computer applications/ Office Automation and Typing Skills (40 words per minute).	One year Experience in Working on Human Resource Management Automation Solutions.	Rs. 14,000/- per month (fixed)	28 years (age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Wom-en candidate as per Govt. of India instructions.

            The position is purely on temporary on Contract basis for a period of 12 months. Contract may be terminated any time by giving one month notice  by either side.  The applicants will have no claim implicit or explicit for consideration against any CSIR post.

Reservation:   As regards reservation, if all things are equal, SC/ST/OBC candidates may be given preference over General candidates so as to ensure their representation.

Mode of Selection:  In case large number of candidates turn up, the candidates will be shortlisted for interview through a written test and/or Group discussion by a duly constituted   Screening Committee.  Only the shortlisted candidates shall be interviewed by the Selection Committee.

The Interview will be held on 02.05.2011 at 9:30 AM at Seminar Hall, Institute of Microbial Technology, Sector-39/A, Chandigarh-160036.

Such of the candidates who fulfils the eligibility conditions may please  Walk-in for-interview on 02.05.2011 (Monday) at 9:30 A.M.(Sharp) in the Seminar Hall of this Institute along with complete bio-data duly signed and enclosing attested photocopies of certificates/testimonials in support of date of birth, qualification/ experience etc.and two passport size photographs.  Original certificates are also to be produced for verification at the time of Interview. 

No TA will be paid for attending the interview.
