Job Profile: SMIT (Store Manager in Training)
Job Location: Delhi/NCR/Haryana/Punjab
Package: As SMITs they would be offered a stipend of Rs. 1.90 lakhs per annum which would increase once certification degree completed.
Process: Written Test, Psychometric Test and Personal Interview
Note: The selected candidates will join the company as SMITs and will undergo 3-6 months of training in store operations. On successful certification, they will be promoted as Store Manager, Department Manager Or Assistant Department Managers. Also, their Salary and grade would be revised accordingly.
