• Qualifications: Officials of Central Govt. of Ministries / Departments, Central Public Sector Undertakings / Statutory and Autonomous Bodies.

Private Secretary

• Pay-Scales: PB-2, Rs.9300-34800 + GP of Rs.4600
• Qualifications: Officers of Central Public Sector Undertakings / Statutory and Autonomous Bodies. Working knowledge of Computers.

Personal Assistant

• Pay-Scales: PB-2, Rs.9300-34800 + GP of Rs.4200
• Qualifications: Officers of Central Public Sector / Statutory and Autonomous Bodies. Working knowledge of Computers.

Stenographer (Hindi)

• Pay-Scales: PB-1, Rs.5200-20200 + GP of Rs.2400
• Qualifications: Officers of Central Public Sector / Statutory and Autonomous Bodies. Lower Division Clerk
