NBT India inviting applications for the following vacancies 2011.

Advocates/Legal Advisors

Qualification: LLB. having enrollment with Delhi Bar Council

Experience: More than 5 years

Proficiency: Negotiable Instrument Act & Recovery, Civil Procedure Code, Labour Act, Central Govt. Service Rules, Administrative & Establishment/ DOPT matters, CCS (CCA) Rules, 1965, CCS (Conduct) Rules 1964, Copy Right etc.

No fee will be payable in cases where no legal work is required to be done.
