Deputy Director (Personnel)
 •Vacancies: 1 Post
 •Pay-Scales: PB-3, Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.6600
 •Qualifications: Degree of a recognized University or equivalent with at least 3 years regular service.
 •Age Limit: 55 years

Chief Accounts Officer
 •Vacancies: 1 Post
 •Pay-Scales: PB-3, Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.6600
 •Qualifications: CA/ICWA or M Com. of a recognized University or equivalent with 5 years regular service in Accounting or Accounts Officers possessing a Bachelor Degree in Commerce with Accountancy and Auditing.
 •Age Limit: 55 years

Assistant Director (Pers/Regn)
 •Vacancies: 2 Posts
 •Pay-Scales: PB-3, Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.5400
 •Qualifications: Graduate Degree of a recognized University or equivalent with 4 years regular service.
 •Age Limit: 50 years

Hindi Stenographer
 •Vacancies: 1 Post
 •Pay-Scales: PB-1, Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.2400
 •Qualifications: Plus Two with 80 w.p.m. speed in Hindi Shorthand and 35 w.p.m in Hindi Typewriting or Hindi Computer proficiency of 5000 k.d.p.h. with 3 years regular service.
 •Age Limit: 38 years
