Madras University inviting applications for the posts of Principal & Assistant Professors on Contract 2011.
Principal
•Pay-Scales: Rs.30000 pm on contract basis
•Eligibility: Retired Principals of Government Colleges/ Aided Colleges
•Qualifications: Masters Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
•Age Limit: 62 years
Assistant Professors on Contract
•Pay-Scales: Rs.15000 pm
•Disciplines: Tamil, English, Mathematics, Commerce, Computer Science, Economics
•Qualifications: A Masters Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) by a recognized University.
Application Fee: Rs.500 (Rs.250 SC/ST candidates)
