•Project Title : “Exploring sequence and structural patterns of the catalytic b/a loops in TIM Barrel Proteins: Implications for Protein Engineering ”
•Qualifications :-M.Sc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology , with First Class (60%). Candidates with Physics or Chemistry as one of the optional subjects in Bachelors degree are highly desirable. Experience/exposure to protein modeling and molecular dynamics software such as GROMACS will be a plus.
•Pay Scale : Rs.8,000/-PM
