Central Power Research Institute (CPRI) is a centre for applied Research in Electrical Power
Engineering assisting the Industries in product development and quality assurance. CPRI has
been appointed as Third Party Inspection Agency (TPIA) for Project Monitoring and Quality
assurance of Distribution system in various Districts of Kerala namely, Kozhikode, Kannur,
Kasargod, Palakad, Wyanad and Mallapuram. CPRI requires the following personnel purely on
Contract basis to assist in field related Supervision & Monitoring activities of the TPIA.
1. FIELD IN CHARGE:
Qualification: Graduate in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in distribution system. Well versed with REC
construction standards.
Desirable: Retired local KSEB (ESCOM) Engineers of the rank of Executive Engineer and
above with knowledge of Malayalam.
Emoluments: Rs. 20000 pm + HRA
Location: At the project offices of CPRI in Kannur District.

2. PROJECT ASSOCIATES:
Qualification: Degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Desirable: Experience in power distribution, willing to travel extensively and working
knowledge of Malayalam. Local candidates will be preferred.
Emoluments: Rs. 16000 pm + HRA

Tenure: All the above posts are for a period of one year extendable to maximum of two Years.
