Essential Qualification for item No. 87 to 91
Master’s Degree or equivalent in the concerned specialty recognized by Dental Council of India.
Essential Experience from Item No.87 to 91
Two years teaching experience as Registrar/Demonstrator/Tutor.
Age as on 1st January, 2011
Minimum = 18 years
Maximum = 37 years
Physically handicapped = 39 years
RBA/SC/ST/ALC/SLC = 40 years
In-service candidates = 45 years
Ex-serviceman = 48 years
Note A: In terms of the Government Order No.102-GAD of 2007 dated 27.01.2007, the Contractual appointees shall be deemed to be in-service candidates so far as the upper age limit for direct recruitment to Government Service is concerned provided they subsist in Contractual appointment as on the date of issue of advertisement.
Note B: Over aged candidates having exceptional qualification relevant to the concerned subject may also apply at their own risk and responsibility without prejudice to the right of the Commission to reject their Application Forms:
Note C: Provided that over-aged candidates, shall not be considered when other eligible candidates are otherwise available.
Note D: Contractual appointee, if any, who seeks age relaxation in terms of G.O. No.102-GAD of 2007 dated 27.01.2007 are advised to enclose copy of their appointment order issued by the Competent Authority with Application Form.
2. Application Forms
(a) Application Forms can be obtained from the office of the J&K Public Service Commission, Resham Ghar Colony, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu/ Polo Ground Srinagar on cash payment of Rs. 50/- (excluding processing charges of Rs. 10/-) from the counters
opened by the J&K Bank in Jammu & Srinagar offices of the Commission.
(b) The OMR Application Forms should neatly and correctly be filled in as per the
instruction sheet supplied with the Application Form. A copy of passport size
photograph duly attested by the Gazetted Officer should be pasted at the relevant
space in the Application Form.
(c) The Application Form complete in all respects should be photo-copied. The
photocopies of the certificates/testimonials be attached with the photocopy of the
Application Form. The OMR Application Form together with the photocopy of the
Application Form and enclosures be submitted to the Commission office in the
envelope provided by the Commission along with the Application Form.
(d) Last date for receipt of Application Forms in the Commission Office either by
hand or by post is 05.09.2011 which shall be the cut off date for purposes of
qualification, and experience for determining the eligibility. In case the last date is
declared a public holiday, then the last date for receipt of Application Forms shall be
the next working day. Candidate should ensure that their Application Forms reach the
Commission Office at Srinagar or Jammu on or before the last date fixed for the
receipt of the Application Forms. Application Forms received after the last date shall
be summarily rejected.
3. Fee
A Fee of Rs. 400/- in respect of general category candidates and Rs.200/- in respect
of reserved category candidates has to be paid in the form of cash through the counters of
J&K Bank set up in the offices of J&K PSC at Jammu/Srinagar.
The Application Forms sent through post by the candidates should be accompanied
with a bank draft of equivalent amount to be obtained from J&K Bank branches only and
drawn in favour of Controller of Examinations J&K PSC and payable at Jammu/Srinagar.
Note C The in-service candidates shall submit their Application Forms after a certificate from
the Head of the Office is recorded in the format given at the end of the Scannable
Application Form and submit a photocopy of the filled in Scannable Application Form
through their Appointing Authority
4.CERTIFICATES TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE PHOTOCOPY OF THE APPLICATION
FORM
Attested true copies of following certificates are to be attached with the photo copy of the
Application Form.
i. Date of Birth Certificate.
ii. Permanent Resident Certificate.
iii. Educational Qualification Certificate prescribed for the post.
iv. Certificate of Higher/Additional Qualification, if any.
v. Valid Category Certificate as per SRO 294 dated 21.10.2005 as amended from time to
time.
vi. Marks Certificate of prescribed qualification.
vii. For Physically Handicapped Candidates, Disability Certificate on the prescribed format
viii. Experience Certificate from the Head(s) of Organization(s)/Departments(s) with
duration of Experience/ Employment i.e. (date /month/year).
ix. Internship certificate.
x. Result Notification of MD/MS.
xi. Registration of MBBS/MD/MS.
xii. Registration certificate from MCI in case of Degrees obtained from abroad.
xiii. Attempt certificate.
Note D: Candidate in possession of any of the following certificates/testimonials should also
attach the photo-copies of the same with the Application Form for claiming any
benefit at the time of interview as prescribed in Rule 51 of J&K PSC (Business &
Procedure) Rules, 1980.
1. Certificate of having passed ‘C’ Certificate Examination of NCC
2. Certificate of having represented a University, State, or Region in any regional or
national sports/games certified/ authenticated by the Secretary J&K Sports
Council.
3. Experience Certificate from the Head(s) of Organization(s)/Departments(s) with
duration of Experience/ Employment i.e. (date /month/year).
5.CANDIDATES WHO CLAIM TO POSSESS
i. any additional qualification,
ii. any experience beyond the minimum experience, wherever so prescribed, in the line, at the level of the post applied for be also indicated in the relevant column of Application Form.
iii. any distinction in NCC activities shall be considered only when a candidate whether male or female has held the rank of junior Under Officer or Senior Under Officer and possesses the top grade (C) certificate. Certificate (G) awarded to female candidates prior to 1984 shall also be considered.
iv. Any distinction in Sports/Games (i.e. having represented University State/Region in any regional or National/International Sports/Games.)
v. and Candidates claiming to be persons belonging to any reserved category i.e. Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribe or Socially and Educationally Backward Class/Actual Line of Control/Physically Handicapped as defined under SRO 294 dated 21.10.2005 as amended from time to time;
are advised to furnish along with the Application Form, a certificate to the effect as issued by the authority competent to do so.
The last date for receipt of applications as indicated above i.e. 05.09.2011 shall, for all purposes be the cut off date for determining the eligibility.
