Job Profile: Technical Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- § Providing direct support to Zeta Interactive Global customers regarding Technical and Product related issues.
- § Provide user/application training to our clients/US Team whenever required
- § Work on technical issues pertaining to all our products
- § Carry on the weekly maintenance on Production Servers.
Skill Set:
- § Good communication skills
- § Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized
- § Strong technical knowledge especially in SQL queries and Linux/Unix commands
- § Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.
- § Any certification in Oracle, Linux, MySQL is added advantage.
Pre-requisites for this Job:
- ü Should have above 60% aggregate through-out their career
- ü B.E,B.Tech and MCA – 2010 passed out
- ü Willing to work in International time zones
- ü Willing to give 2 yrs commitment with the company

Job Profile: Technical Associate
