Experience- Should have minimum 3 years of experience as “Company Secretary” preferably in a Bank/Financial Institution.
Salary: In the pay scale of Rs. 19400-700/1-20100-800/10-28100) Gross Salary around Rs. 32,000/- plus other allowances at Nainital.
